Regrettably, there are some people who wish to use services such as ours as an anonymous proxy through which to send spam. Our policy regarding spam is ZERO tolerance. If it is determined that your proXPN account is being used as a conduit for spam, we reserve the right to take the following actions:

1. Your account will be immediately suspended with no refund.
2. proXPN will, at it's discretion, charge an hourly fee at the rate of $150 per hour to cover costs and damages incurred by your actions.
